Our design process is simple and collaborative.

1. We start with a planning session where we outline your target audiences and the user experiences and goals we want to achieve and the pages and functionality required.
2. Then we develop the wireframes for the website which will show the complete pages and the elements that will go on the pages in meeting the user experiences, goals and functionality outlined.
3. Now with a clear direction we apply our stunning design to the wireframes that reflects your brand beautifully in preparation for development, bringing your website alive.

WordPress is the most commonly used CMS for websites, but it depends on the solution required, most websites are perfectly ok on WordPress, but if a website solution is much larger, say for a multi-office solution then we use Craft CMS.

All of our CRM integrations are customised using the available CRM API functionality and we don’t use plugins to integrate with your CRM platform as this adds unnecessary complexity and can create issues.

There are a few items required for us to build your website as below:

Commencement 50%

Once you have accepted the estimate for the project we require a 50% deposit to start the work on the project. Once the website is ready to go live the final 50% balance is due. For larger projects we can break up the final payments into two lots of 25% during the project.

Account logins

To be able to integrate the website with your various platforms we need to access your accounts to implement those integrations, these are platforms like your CRM of choice, accounting for ecommerce.

Domain and Hosting

To take your new website live or to build on your existing hosting plan we will need your domain and hosting account logins.

Content – As part of the process we require all of the supplied content, images, video and copy etc. This happens once the wireframes have been approved so you know exactly what images and copy is required for the website. If you need help with producing the required content we can certainly help you with that and can scope content production as part of the overall project scope.

Time and Availability

Your commitment to being there during the project is essential in producing your website within a reasonable timeline.

Simply put, as many as required. This is determined during the planning process where we define the custom tailored solution for your website.

We turn over every stone during the planning process to develop the most detailed scope of works for the project so we can provide the most accurate project budget for you and avoid any potential scope creep. The very detailed scope is then estimated on the known requirement of hours to complete the work.

If the scope is changed during the project this can have an impact on the number of allocated hours and therefore additional hours will need to be quoted and approved. Think of it in the same way that if you are building a 3 bedroom house and after the construction has started you decide you want an additional bedroom and a in ground swimming pool added.

Of course, we take great care in ensuring that your website performs perfectly across all devices, and to be honest we find it baffling that this is still a relevant question and should be a given when working with a professional website design agency.

A website requires ongoing care to be performing at its best and to prevent any issues that would impact the website.

We provide full training when we launch your website live so you have everything you need to manage your website ongoing without the need to outsource for support.
